As you can see, this patient had impacted tooth #32 extracted - in our office, no less. Why does the hard tissue chart show that it is still present?
4-19-23 charting entry indicates #32 is a primary tooth.
In existing mode select #32 and mark as a secondary tooth with date 4-19-23

I just went in and tried to mark it as extracted in the hard tissue tab and it is still showing as impacted. Please tell me how to fix this.
