Release notes for V8.1.12

We received an email to upgrade to version 8.1.12 which I have just done, however the upgrade that was available was 8.1.13 which I have completed but when I look for the release notes it only advises me of the things that affect Wales and Scotland but I assume there would be fixes etc for England but as I cannot access the release notes for the version I should have downloaded I don't know what if anything has changed?

The release notes for every single version of R4 can be found in the Helpfile.  To access the Helpfile, whilst on R4 press F1, or click Help on the top menu bar.  Expand the Release Notes folder and then click on the required release note.
