V8.3.0 Scotland - new error code

Hi,

We are getting the following error code when claiming the new codes/fees for composites on canine or incisor teeth. 

E002009 - Amalgam fillings must not be provided in canine or incisor teeth.

We are claiming as per SDR i.e.C001, using resin option, and also C004 Composite Supplement.

Is this a known R4 system error as we believe we are claiming correctly??

Many thanks for your post.

The E002009 error has come from the practice board, have you spoken to them in relation to the error?

If on R4+ you have selected the material Resin it will show in the bracket as per below. Providing this shows like this then the R4+ system is correct.
