v8.3.0 - Scotland Only Release

Good Afternoon,

I am delighted to announce that v8.3.0 to support the Scottish NHS fee changes has been completed and is being released to the download portal.

To access the download portal please visit https://softwaredownload.csdental.com/en-GB/ and enter your SAP and Post Code.

It is vital that you run the upgrade before Wednesday 1st November 2023.

To support these extensive changes, version 8.3 of R4+ will be released on the 27^th October and it will be imperative you update your systems before the 1^st November, If the update is not installed before this day, courses of treatment started or accepted after the 1st of November will need to be abandoned and recharted in full after upgrading to v8.3.

With this change you will notice that your default examinations are no longer valid, please follow the steps below to amend after 1st November 2023 and the new codes are live.

1) Load the clinical administation from the start menu on any PC

2) Select tools

3) Select Default examinations

4) Amend your default examinations with the new codes.

Please note that you are able to open plans with a blank course before these changes are made.
