I have no problems log in into the login area but the available version remains the 8.2.1

Download and run this installer on the R4+ Server and follow the prompted instructions. Once installation completes, log into R4+ on the server to complete the Database update and then a 2nd time to import the required Code Updates.

Unacceptable that we are initially told 25 October, pay for someone to be ready on 25th October and no update. Then visit the exchange and get a different date 27th October. Having to be up at 1 am where I am waiting for the update to come. Log in into the area for download (1060145) and no update there. Then, instead of getting a straightforward answer (you have the account details by checking the user registration), I get a "call us" as a reply for help. One hour after advising the problem, I get no reply. Clearly needs to be brought up with management.
