Since 9/27/23 all of our have been getting repeated pop up of the below.
it doesn't matter if we click later or update the same message pops up frequently throughout the day. It is still happening today.
How do we stop it?

It looks like this got posted to our Sensei Cloud area instead of SoftDent. I'm going to move this to the SoftDent board and also escalate this to support.
I did get a call from someone who said this was a known glitch and they could log into each workstation to fix it or show me how to do it myself. I neither had the time or energy that day to do it and we set an appointment for the following week. I was late to the office that day, but never got any messages and no one has followed up. This is still happening on most of our systems daily. Can I get the directions how to turn it off?
