Are there any plans to update SoftDent to have more gender choices?

Basically the subject line: Are there any plans to update SoftDent to have more gender choices? Might be best to just have a gender text field rather than a drop down box.

If it stays as a drop down box, it'd be good to have the ability to add choices to that box. Or is there already a way to add choices to that?

Per Department of Health, medical records are to reflect the gender assigned at birth unless the patient has undergone medical or chemical assignment, to which at that point the patient would be noted as the sex they had re-assigned to.    In the interim, I would say we would have to select the " unknown" option.     In regards to dental record accuracy:  reporting the correct birth assignment would be important.  An example would be that forensic odontology.
