We have a CS 1500 Intra Oral Camera and all of sudden it stop working while the hygienist was trying to take a photo. I thought the cable wire need to be change again since I had to replace it before. When I pressed the button to release button, it looks like its snap with the connection (the plastic part that connects inside of it) Is this possible to be fix?
