Imaging Bridge

We have Easy Dental Version 12.2 and Imaging Bridge version 2.5, and it seems like the only way to open xrays is by clicking on a scheduled appointment on easy dental. Is there any way to open xrays when a patient doesn't have a scheduled appointment?

Yes, unfortunately, you correct...at this time Easy Dental Version 12.2 can only access the CS Imaging bridge thru the Easy Dental Scheduler.

Hello, thank you very much for your reply. Are there any plans for an update to change this? It's a little hard to pull up x-rays for patients who doesn't have a recent appointment scheduled.

Hmm- This might need to be checked with E-Z Dental.
