Q: I need to send a letter to all patients from a certain time period. I have run a report on the patient user-defined reporting that can identify the patients but I need to transfer that into letters. I need some instruction for the steps.
A: User defined report> select Actions button> auto link your letter
Q: Also, I need to print address labels for the patients on the report. However, many of the patients are from the same family so I only need one label.
A: Create a mailing label with Responsible Party Variables.
