RVG-5200 is asking for a key after re-installation

hello there... I have been using a Carestream intra-oral sensor (RVG 5200) for the last 5,6 years. Recently the software got an issue n I had to reinstall it. Now its demanding a key.Should I use the old key or do I get a new key? Please guide. Apparently the old key isnt working and the software daily shows a countdown timer with just a week left now .
I was just wondering whether Carestream will generate a new key for my software ?
