Softdent crashing

For the last year, our office has problems with Softdent crashing.  No notice.  No warning.  It just completely disappears and we have to bring Softdent back up.  Very frustrating.  Also, it is now not allowing us to save the x-rays from KDI either.  They used to automatically save (x-rays we just took) but now they are deleted.  What is going on?  Anyone else have this issue?

Thank you for the post @Lavista and we apologize for the frustrations. Let me get this escalated to the team so someone can be assigned to reach out to your office.
