Occasionally Support will need to know which Cloud user ID is being used on a specific workstation.  Here is how to determine that information.  The user must be logged into Orthotrac Cloud itself for these steps to work.

WINDOWS PCS:

1.  Right-click the Citrix Receiver icon in the Windows system tray of the session.

(NOTE: If this icon is not visible, click the upwards-pointing arrow at the left edge of the system tray, select Customize, locate Citrix Receiver Application on the list, and set it to Show icon and notifications.)

2.  Select About.

3.  Select Advanced.

4.  Select Connection Center.

5.  Click the Properties button.  The following window should appear:

6.  The username will appear in the as user: line following MYPRACTICE\.  In the example above the user is tipton-support.  Most usernames will generally be in the format DoctornameXXX  (where the Xs are three numbers).   Patient flow specific workstations will be in the format DoctornamePFX  (where the X is a number).

MACINTOSH PCS:

1.  Open the Citrix Receiver program itself.  The following screen will appear:

The currently saved user ID is listed at the top.  In the above example the username is IDOrtho104.  Most usernames will generally be in the format DoctornameXXX  (where the Xs are three numbers).   Patient flow specific workstations will be in the format DoctornamePFX  (where the X is a number).
