Sometimes (usually due to connection problems) your Orthotrac Cloud-related icons may disappear from your desktop, or from the root of the Start menu. When that happens, here's how to get them back:
1. Right-click the Citrix Receiver icon in the Windows system tray of the session.
(NOTE: If this icon is not visible, click the upwards-pointing arrow at the left edge of the system tray, select Customize, locate Citrix Receiver Application on the list, and set it to Show icon and notifications.)
2. Select About.
3. Select Advanced.
4. Select Refresh Applications.
The icons should then reappear on your desktop.
NOTE: If the option instead shows Logon to Refresh Applications, this means that you are not currently logged in through Citrix Receiver (usually this is because of network or ISP connection issues).
1. Click Logon to Refresh Applications.
2. The system will ask you to enter the user ID and password. Enter the Cloud user ID in the format mypractice\username , enter the password, check the box Remember my password and then click Log On. The system will log you back in and the icons will refresh on the desktop.
