PracticeWorks: Clearing a Claim Manually from the Insurance Claims List

An unwanted claim can be cleared from the Insurance Claims List by following these steps:
1. Click Lists > Insurance claims.
2. On the Insurance Claims window, uncheck all the options EXCEPT Waiting to submit, Submitted, Paper and Electronically.
3. Highlight the unwanted claim.
4. Click Clear claim.
