WinOMS: Editing Letters Used for Mail Merge

1. Click Letters.
2. Click Mail Merge Document Maintenance.
3. Click Display All.
4. Highlight the letter.
5. Click Edit. The Mail Merge Document Options window is displayed.
6. Click Edit.

      NOTE: This action will open Microsoft Word and the template of letter selected.
7. Make necessary edits.
8. Click File > Save.

10. Exit Microsoft Word
