Goal:
To update or correct office location information. 


Solution:

 

How to Change Financial Location Info
1. From the main menu of OrthoTrac, click Functions, Maintenance/Set-up, System Maintenance.
2. Click Locations.
3. Click the Change button.
4. Make the necessary changes to the location. Make the changes in the Postage Address, Header, and Stub tabs as well, if needed.
5. Click OK.
6. If the System Update message is displayed, click OK.
7. Click Close to exit the System Maintenance window.


How to Make Changes to a Schedule Location

NOTE:  Schedule locations may or may not correspond to financial locations. Every office differs. 

1. From the main menu of OrthoTrac, click Functions, Maintenance/Set-up, Schedule Maintenance.
2. Select the location name in the Offices section.
3. Click the Change button.
4. Type the new name for the schedule location.
5. Press <Enter> on the keyboard.
6. Click Close.
7. If the System Update message is displayed, click OK.
