The instructions below will show you how o configure the dual roll Dymo printer to print appointment tickets on one roll and address labels on the other.

NOTE:  Dual Roll Dymo Label Printers are not compatible in the OrthoTrac Cloud environment

Install the Dymo label printer using the installation instructions included with the printer. When using business card style tickets and the address labels on the Dymo Twin Turbo, the printer must be added twice, once for the tickets and once for the labels.  The printer must then be setup to use the appropriate type paper under the printer properties.   Set the paper size setting to 30374 in order to print business cards.   The appointment business card roll has a black 'sensor' line that controls the form feed. The Dymo appointment card roll stock must be used in order to print business card tickets correctly.

Business Card appointment tickets - 2" x 3 1/2" - SKU 30374
Address labels - 1 1/8" x 3 1/2" - SKU 30252
NOTE: The Dymo Printer MUST be added twice to print both business card tickets and labels. One will be for tickets only and the other will be for labels only. When the printer is installed the second time the names of the two installations will be the same except that the second install will have (Copy1) at the end. Rename the two printers to something like Dymo Cards and Dymo Labels.
