Question:                                                            

 How do I import X-ray's or images into a patient's chart

Solution:

 

1. Open the patient's chart.
2. Select the Clinical Imaging () tab. The Clinical Imaging window is now displayed.
3. Click  in the image tool bar. The capture mode is displayed.
4. Click  within the imaging toolbar. The Import Images window is displayed.

 

   The  button is only active or visible when in the "Capture Mode".

 

5. Browse to and highlight the specific file that is to be imported.
6. Click Open in the lower right hand corner of the
import image window. The import image window disappears and the image is now displayed in the patient's clinical images.

Alternative Option

This process will net the same result as the above process but may be more direct for some users.

1. Open the patient's
chart.
2. Click Video in the main menu bar.
3. Select Live Video.
4. Click . The
Import Images window is displayed.  The  button is only active or visible when in the "Capture Mode".
5. Browse to and highlight the specific file that is to be
imported.
6. Click Open in the lower right hand corner of the
import image window. The import image window disappears and the image is now displayed in the patient's clinical images.
