Some procedures are not being included in the patient tracking reports.
There are two check boxes in the Patient Tracking report options that allow the user to select procedure codes from a list: Patients with procedure codes posted at last visit and Patients with procedure codes posted during date range. When one of these options are checked the user can select the desired procedure codes from a list. This list ONLY includes procedures that have been posted at least once AND have been configured to be tracked for patient tracking reports.
To confirm that a procedure has been configured to be tracked in Patient Tracking reports:
1. Select Functions, Maintenance/Set-up, Procedure Code Maintenance from the main menu of OrthoTrac.
2. Select the procedure from the list and click Change.
3. Click Track for Patient Tracking to place a check in the box.
4. Click OK.
5. Click Close in the Procedure Code Maintenance window.
