How can predefined contact note titles be added?
The following steps detail the process of adding default Contact Note titles into the software. Once a default note title is created, it can be selected when adding a contact note to a patient record.
1. Click System in the main menu bar.
2. Select Change System Settings.
3. Select Contact Notes.
4. Click in the desired contact title line.
5. Enter a contact note title.
6. Click OK to save the changes.
