Great information!    Excited for our clients to start using this version!

I think the enhanced insurance field window will be a big hit!    This will make it so much easier to find the insurance company you are looking for!

The financial estimator will really help close the deal for the Treatment Coordinators too!

Is there a release date for the actual software for version 15 yet?  If so is there a recommended hardware/software list yet?  Specifically if office 2019 will be supported yet?  thanks

Hi @zachtonlowe

thanks for reaching out.   there is currently a page on here that highlights the hardware requirements:

https://community.carestreamdental.com/t5/ORTHOTRAC/Hardware-requirements/m-p/16144#M1666

Regarding v15.0, we have officially released this version of the software as of yesterday and will begin providing updates to customers.    Office 2019 is supported for non-WTS environments, with the goal to release support for WTS environments in next month or so.

Hope this answers your questions.

As a follow up, I know you said that office 2019 is supported but not for wts. In the official 15.0 supported hardware document here, https://www.carestreamdental.com/globalassets/resource-library/practice-management-software/cs-ortho...
It does not list office 2019 as supported? Is that a mistake?

@zachtonlowe   Thanks for your follow up question.    To follow up, OrthoTrac will be fully certified for Office 2019 upon the release of OrthoTrac v15.1.    This release is scheduled to be ready towards the end of February 2020.

Hello. I've passed your question along to OT Support/Development. They should respond to you soon.

Yes that answers my questions.  Thanks, I will look forward to the update.
