Appointment changes not showing in tracking

We are having an issue where a patient's appointment is copied to the clipboard and rescheduled, it is not showing in patient tracking and patient's are receiving text messages from MMG for the original appointment date and time.  This has resulted in many angry phone calls and schedule problems.  I contacted Carestream and was told it should be fixed in the next update with no idea as to when this will be.  The work around has been to completely cancel then reschedule the appointment but we have no idea how many more problems we have ahead of us since we are booking 6-8 weeks ahead. Is there a report that will show all of the patients that have been rescheduled in the last 6 weeks?

Good day Randi ( @bortho ),

The issue to which you refer has been corrected in the version 15.1.3.23   release of OrthoTrac, now being pushed to our Cloud clients and expected to be available for locally hosted users within the next few weeks. Clients affected by defects (such as this one) which are resolved in the latest version will be notified when the update is available for download or media transfer. 

I am sorry, but OrthoTrac does not have a report showing patients who were rescheduled.  All reports for patient appointments are geared towards currently scheduled or completed appointments.
