Auto payments

We have had a problem with auto payments from Orthotrac not running properly and was told a "fix" was to be made within a week, that was 1/4/22. Two weeks later still same issue, it just disappears. You have to try it 4 or 5 times before you get it finished or give up in frustration.

Can we get an update on the ongoing problem. Ticket # 7787215
