When a patient/responsible party refuses to sign the HIPAA Acknowledgement, how do we proceed when making the proper HIPAA comment in tracking?

@ajschopp How your handles refusal to sign would be office preference - but I would mark HIPPA complaint and refused to sign in patient tracking for record.
