MTD Day Sheet discrepancies

Hello.

The payments/collections amounts on the MTD day sheet for our individual offices do not match and add up to the payments/collections amounts on the MTD day sheet for all locations. Can anyone provide some guidance?

Good day Anita ( @apratt ),

Please do the following to update monitors and totals:

Updating Monitors and Totals:

  1. Close the daysheet for all locations (not for a single location, it must be done for ALL locations.  You may need to coordinate with all locations to do this). 
  2. Immediately after closing the daysheet, go to Functions > Maintenance/Setup > Daysheet Setup.

NOTE:   If you receive a message that the daysheet is not empty, someone has posted additional financial transactions since the daysheet was run.  Close the daysheet again for all locations and when the process is completed, go back to Functions > Maintenance/Setup > Daysheet Setup.

  1. Click the "Monitors" tab at the top.
  2. Click the "Update" button at the bottom.
  3. Click "Yes" on the warning message.
  4. Allow the update process to complete.   This process may take several minutes.
  5. When the process completes, click the "Rpt Setup" tab at the top.
  6. Click the "Update" button at the bottom.  
  7. Click "Yes" on the warning message.  
  8. Allow the update process to complete.   This process may take several minutes.
  9. When the process completes, click the Close button at the bottom.

If the issue still is not resolved after that, please contact Support at 866-722-2567 or Support.US@csdental.com   for assistance.
