Can't login to Orthotrac cloud again this morning from any workstation, says check your network connection. Internet access working on all workstations, but retarted modem/firewall/router just in case, still no connection. Over an hour wait on hold, but I need to have this working now! Started off my morning unable to bring a workstation online. Now we are all completely out. Escalations is on now trying to fix it. We've been living up to our end of the contract with the monthly payments. Carestream has not.
A tech called our office and hung up before we could get started.
A lot of us clients would like a fully disclosed explanation of what is the root cause of these numerous recent outages and if it going to continue. This is really effecting productivity and revenue.

Could we ask that the updates be date and time stamped please? I don't sign on unless we are experiencing a problem so I am not always sure if the update is a current issue. Thank you
Agreed! Carestream needs to compensate users for these unacceptable outages and not living up to the contract they created. Anyone on Carestream want to step up and answer us for once, I'll wait........................................................
this is **bleep**in ridiculous! this is the most unreliable cloud software in the industry! Get you company figured out or refund all your customers and until you earn our trust and fees we pay!
