Orthotrac issues

This is unacceptable. Our service is again not working correctly. Also when I call for support I am sent out of the country to someone that can not help and all they can do is tell me cloud support is unavailable! We are paying a pretty substantial amount of money for a service that has continual issues. What is the solution??
