Hello, I contacted orthotrac support twice today regarding a computers patient flow not showing up. The first time someone changed my resolution which caused my screen to not work. Had to take a screen from another computer, they have not fixed the issue. It was supposed to be escalated and I have not heard back almost two hours ago. This computer is used for the treatment coordinator and we need this working. Can anyone help me faster?
