Only on me one login am I having issues with patient flow. It keeps setting it back to the patient login screen instead of staff screen. I have changed the setting, and reset and exited all the work stations. It still will not fix the issue. I called in yesterday and was having more issues and the rep told me I was running out of storage space? Never heard of this and it is the only login having these issues. An imaging specialist was supposed to reach out, but of course not a single person has reached out to me. I called at 11:39am, and was on the phone for 16 minutes. I need this issue resolved and would like for someone to please contact me ASAP!
Still waiting now on cloud specialist to contact me from this morning? @tshaw
