I want to run a report of patients whose status was changed to Inactive within a certain time frame. I am not figuring out a way to do this within Contact Experts. Please help.

I am not able to find that exact report - but you could do a patient tracking report using - Patients with Specific Status Code and checked out since specific date. That would at least narrow the list down so that you are not getting ALL your inactive patients.
