At our office, we have our patient flow options set to automatically open charting when a patient is moved to the Operatory. We have noticed since updating to Version 14 the Patient Comments that are to be acknowledged when opening a patient's chart now no longer pop up for our assistants. We have thought of several work-around options however they either require double entry of this info into 2 different sections of the software or extra clicks to find this info. Are there any suggestions or plans to resolve this issue in future versions?

We are aware of the issue with patient comments not displaying a pop-up alert when accessing charting from Patient Flow. This has been identified as an issue in version 14.0.0.25 and there are plans to resolve this issue in a future version of Orthotrac.
The only workaround at this time is to revert to the original TX Card in charting maintenance. Please keep in mind that reverting is a global setting and will affect all workstaions in the office.
