SLOW SYSTEM AGAIN!

Well our office was hoping we could get through 1 WEEK WITHOUT CLOUD ISSUES.....however we apparently cannot.  One of our busiest days and our system will not run.  How does Carestrream expect we can run an office like this. I cannot express how frustrated we are with this cloud service.
