My office just got a call from someone claiming to be from Carestream asking to speak to the doctor, then the office manager. She was evasive about the reason, then said it was about updates to Orthotrac. When asked for more specifics she said we weren't using some of the features we pay for with our monthly service fee like automatic credit card processing. She got agressive and said she would turn the services off. I don't know what to make of this call.

Did the caller identify themselves? I am not in the Sales department but do not know offhand of any initiatives to reach out to offices to disable services that are not currently in use. I see nothing in call history for your practice so I have very little info to go on.
