We recently upgraded to v15.1.1.4... now we are no longer able to see the patients financial information from the schedule screen. You used to be able to click on the little down arrows when viewing the appointment so see current due, etc... the arrows are still there but no longer shows anything. Is this a glitch or was this removed??

The behavior you describe is indeed a defect in version 15.0 and 15.1.1.4 of OrthoTrac. It has been corrected in the upcoming incremental release, version 15.1.3.23 . That version is currently being pushed to our Cloud customers and we expect it to be available for locally hosted clients within a couple of weeks.

The function in question is only visible when accessing a patient's appointment info a particular way:
1. Open the Scheduling function and bring up a specific day.
2. Right click an existing appointment on the schedule day and select "Show Appointment Information".
3. Click the icon in the upper right hand corner (highlighted in red in the screenshot) to display the information.
Since your practice is still on version 15.1.1.4 the function will not work correctly at this time. However, as I mentioned, we are rolling out Cloud updates to all offices as time allows and so your practice will be one of those that is updated soon. The usual notification will be sent to all workstations in your practice via a pop-up message that the update is being scheduled for that evening.
