Anyone else experiencing a serious lag when going between modules in OrthoTrac cloud?? It has been going on since our last outage 11-18-2020. I could literally leave and get a coffee before I get a scanned document to display or get in or out of imaging. UGGG!

These tools have been fully validated in Carestream Dental’s test environment; however, there is a limited possibility that some customers may temporarily experience issues such as error messages or slow system operations. Also, there may be some temporary connectivity issues with third-party services (such as patient engagement tools). Our team is actively working on a resolution.
Yes, absolutely seeing slowness. Also get citrix receiver disconnect issue when I go into any other cloud application, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel...If you get in, stay in, but if you close it, takes several minutes to get back in.
