I am trying to set up treatment plans to attach to patient charts. I am able to set up the plans. I am unsure as to how they work once activated in the charts.
I have entered procedure codes and notes to each step. I have tried testing the treatment plan and am unable to get the procedure codes or the notes to automatically transfer to the chart notes. Is that not what the treatment plans are for? When executing and marking a step complete, how is the patient's Tx chart affected?
I can't seem to find any instructional videos other than the setting up of treatment plans on CDI
I will have to train my clinic staff on how all this works. Does anyone have any insights for me?

To view training content, from the COURSE CATALOG, select the product.
Content is organized on different tabs in the Course Catalog:
• Learning Plans—Includes new employee learning plans that can be self-assigned. Learning plans group recommended content in a suggested order to make it easy for clients to get started with new products.
• Catalog—Contains recorded classes and help demos. Each item can be reviewed individually in any order.
• Documentation—Includes guides, job aids, and handouts.
• Online Help—Links you directly to the product help. Links are provided below:
• OrthoTrac: OrthoTrac Help
• PracticeWorks: PracticeWorks Help
• Sensei Cloud: Help for Sensei Cloud is available only from within the product.
