My Dr. Uses a laptop in his office in our satellite offices to keep an eye on his flow. For some reason, the detached light bar is not pulling up with his flow. Could this have something to do with the age of the laptop or something not being compatible with the V220.127.116.11 Version??

Good day innovativeorthodontics,
If the light bar is not visible *at all* it generally means that the Cloud username in use on that workstation is shared between multiple workstations, and the workstations do not all use the same screen resolution.
For example, if the Cloud user ID "Orthotrac101" signed into OT Cloud on a workstation where the Windows screen resolution was set to 1920x1080, and you set the light bar at the right edge of the screen, its horizontal location position will be set to something like 1000 pixels from the left edge of the screen. If you then go to another computer with a screen resolution whose maximum is 1366x768 resolution and sign in using the "Orthotrac101" user ID, the light bar will not display because its previously saved location (1000 pixels from the left edge) is "off the edge" of the screen (768 maximum pixels width) on the second workstation you are using.
To correct this, right click the Light Bar icon in the system tray and select "Dock", then choose the location where you want the light bar to be docked. Depending on the screen resolution you have chosen, the options "Top", "Bottom", "Right" and "Left" will be available or grayed out.
We will also be reworking the Light Bar menu in a future version of OT (likely version 14.2) to include a "Reset" option to reset it back to its default settings and location if the previously saved settings are not compatible with the current display.
