Introducing Carestream Dental’s Chatbot: Cassidy
Providing you with different methods of support is important at Carestream Dental. As part of this effort, we are excited to let you know that we are rolling out a chatbot who is available 24/7 to answer commonly asked support questions.
Named Cassidy (a play on our initials “CSD”), this chatbot uses text and menu options to provide you with relevant information. And, in the case that she is unable to help, she can direct you to a live agent (during business hours) or log a service request so a human can help you later.
Please note that Cassidy is in the beta phase right now and is currently available for OrthoTrac, PracticeWorks, SoftDent and WinOMS.
We’re still working on making it more intuitive, feature-rich and helpful for your practice. But for that to happen, we need your feedback.
