Waiting for 45 minutes for an imaging rep to contact our office. Can not open my pc for imaging to upload photos. Seeing consultations and doing deband appointments and can not take records currently?
we are having the same issue, yesterday i called support about images not going to the cloud (still waiting for a call back) and then today in our other office we are not able to open myPC on our imaging computer, they told me someone would call me back! *timer starter*

Yes we are still having issues. However, I was in contact with Jeff from the escalation team and he is working with our IT dept. to try and figure it out. Thank you.
I waited on hold for an hour and 20 minutes for the imaging team before I gave up and hung up. We migrated to the new Microsoft server over a month ago. Since then our images taken on My PC have not transferred to the cloud. We can only view them from 2 specific computers in the whole office. We've called several times for an update on when this will be fixed. I can never get through and always told someone will call us back but no one ever does. Will those images ever transfer over to the cloud? Is it safe to upload all images directly to the cloud and bypass My PC since this is no longer working?
