OH Scoring

We noticed when we switched to Version 14 that the OH scoring was randomly prompting the assistant to complete at appointments. Support was in there the same day we noticed double checking our settings and said that they were going to look into the issue further because they couldn't figure out what was going on. 

Now we think we have figured out where the glitch is... 

Our clinical staff utilizes the patient flow and it is set to automatically open up the charting when they "move the patient to the operatory" via patient flow when they do this the OH scoring window does not pop up.

If anyone opens the patient chart via any other method the OH Scoring window pops up. The kicker is that when our front office staff opens up the charting to make a charting note prior to the patient's appointment time or during the patient's appointment the OH Score window pops up and they cannot make a note/exit charting without entering an OH score.... the front office staff has no clue as to the patients OH and there is no option for them to enter N/A so they have to enter an arbitrary score which throws of the OH score history!

Can you fix this glitch so that we can have a correct OH history! Eliminate the OH Scoring pop up in "comment only" mode and enable it to pop up when the charting is opened via the Patient Flow mode. It's driving us nuts!!!

Good day Laura (sundberg101),

As mentioned previously, the issue with Comment Only Charting requiring an oral hygiene rating when Charting is opened for a patient who has an appointment that day is already a known issue and will be corrected in a future version.  

The second issue, however, where you say you are not being prompted for an OH rating when patients are moved to the Operatory and Charting is opened automatically, has not been reported by any other offices and I have been unable to reproduce it in testing.  I tried to call your office today to speak with you about this further but got VM indicating you were closed. I will reach out to you on Monday 5/7/18  to discuss further with you and get more details.
