Each Citrix User can only be used on one device at a time. If two or more devices attempt to use the same Citrix User they will "steal" the software session from each other.
Recommendation: Each device at the office (workstations, tablets, smart phones etc) should be assigned a Citrix user so that only that device uses that user.
The steps in the attachment will help you determine which user is logged into a Windows workstation to ensure multiple devices are not sharing a user.
