Account Risk in A/R Setup

When choosing an account risk in a patient's A/R Setup, is there any place we can have that "pop-up" as a message w/o creating a sticky note each time?

Not that we've ever found.  We have also suggested a different colored clipboard background.

There actually is a way to make it so that we can attach an autolinked message to pop up to certain events in the system.

For example, when you're opening a clipboard, you can have it pop up a message that let's you know a patient is in collection, and then it'll only pop up if that patient has the particular account Risk letter on it's AR setup page.

This will make it so you don't have to fill out the yellow sticky every time just to have a pop up showing they are in collections. Though there is the limitation that it will not show the amount that is in collections.

if you'd like I'd be happy to work with you to set it up so you can see what it looks like.

Are there other account risk letters besides C for collections?

You can use any letters you choose.  "c"/"C" is the only one that we preassigned for collections. everything else is up for grabs and you can use them how you'd like.

We can make the event message pop up, or run a report to gather those patients by tweaking the formulas on the experts and autolinks.
