Appointment book

How do you change the time block from 10 min to 15 min? I like the space bigger for me to read. Thanks.#

Hello

The option to change from 10 minute to 15 minute increments on the appointment book is a change that would need to be performed by a member of our escalation team as it requires one of use to edit the data files directly.

A bit of a warning with doing this though is that it can cause double booked appointments at the time of the change.  This happens because appts that were back to back have the possibility to be overlapping now.  Those would need to be manually corrected to set the times of the appointments to reflect the new time blocks.

Each hour would go from 6 blocks to 4.

Also, during the time we are making that change no one will be able to be inside of PracticeWorks.  Meaning, from the moment we pull the file until the moment we put in the updated file so we'd need to schedule that out.

If you'd like I can open a ticket for you and place it in our escalation queue and someone will reach out to you, or you can call in at your convenience and open a ticket with us. you can find our contact numbers here.

Thank you, Johnathan. Forget about the painful transformation. Is there any way else to increase the line space? I had tried changing the resolution. not much help.
