We use Lighthouse 360 which gives us the ability to send bulk cancellation messages and customized emails. Also try to keep our website and Facebook page updated.

We used SolutionReach for texts, emails and newsletters.

We used Practice Mojo.  They are very easy to use and have a great support team.  Easy to reach 1 or 400.

We sent a message every time our Governor spoke to up date them on our restrictions, and then to let everyone know how we were handling our reopening.
