I'm looking through your call history and am not currently seeing an open ticket. The latest one I'm seeing was for an eRX/clinician issue. Is this the ticket you are referring to? If it is, I can open a new ticket with the information and send it to our eServices escalation team, and one of them can reach out. If it is this one, are the same users that are having the issues?
