There has been an issue we've been tracking where images taken and saved in CS imaging aren't populating into the patient charts every time. If you were to look at the patient's chart you'd probably notice them missing here, as well as the progress note entries that normally associate for those thumbnail/previews.
The NEA attachment selection bridge uses the progress note entries to see the images that exist so if they aren't there NEA won't see them either.
Most of the time it is possible to open the images within imaging again and resave them. You can resave them by either right-clicking on the image and choose to save, or by going to File > Save. either way will bring up the save dialogue again and you can just click the Save button to complete it. It should push the updated information into the chart at that point and create the progress note and image thumbnails. If they still do not, you should be able to right-click in the grey area where the image previews are and choose the option for "Check for undocumented images" and this will scan the patient's image folder and load any missing images that didn't update correctly.
once it shows on the chart though you should also be able to see them in NEA to choose for attachments.
