Another issue I'm having with LIA within the past few months is that when I enter the "Amt to write-off", it doesn't always post to the patient's ledger. Why would this be?

When this issue does happen, does it seem to be from specific employer plans? or has the issue shown up with the same plan where it'll work correctly one time but then not work the next?
