PWSvr no longer needed?

I manage multiple offices and have gotten used to having each server logged in and PWSvr.exe running, but I found today that there was one office that did not have it running, and the workstations worked just fine. I looked and saw that this office was running 8.0.18. Did CareStream change something to where PWSvr no longer has to be running as a process for everything to work?

Hello @Rodentech  As of imaging CSI v8 the pwsvr key is no longer used to manage its licensing so it does not have to run for it to work.  Offices that still use the DPMS software, such as PracticeWorks and SoftDent will still use the Pwsvr key on the server.
