We are going chartless and scanning in our health histories. They are 3 pages long. Why can't they be scanned in as one document like in word? This would speed up the process tremendously and make it easier to review being able to see all 3 pages without having to see one page and then go out of that attachment to see the next page.

Gary,
Unfortunately, this is currently not possible in PracticeWorks, though it has been submitted to Development. Currently the only work around is if your scanner software has this ability to scan multiple pages at once and save them as a PDF, you can scan and save the document outside of PracticeWorks and then use the Attachments features to import it.
It would save so much time to be able to scan multiple pages of the same document at the same time!

Thank you for the work around idea!
This is what we are doing in our office (saving to pdf. first). However, isn't this defeating the purpose of being cloud-based? We are still having to save documents to the server first. This is also a problem for us, as other computers can't open the attachments that I have saved. Documents can only be opened from the main server (frontdesk).
@robertangus Has this been corrected in any of the versions that have come out since 2017? I haven't had to use this feature recently.
The Attachments scanning abilities are still limited to one page at a time.
Any plans to correct this?
I know Development is aware of the issue. Unfortunately, I don't have a timeline on when/if a fix for this issue may come.
